2nd post (woo hoo!)
anyway i wanted to include this in the last post, and wasn't familiar enough with the site to be able to do this.
below is a link to my friend greg raspanti's blog. he is currently doing peace corps in Muldova as a health instructor, and before that he was fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to be one of my roommates in college. he and his family are easily some of my favorite people on the planet, among the nicest, funniest, most personable people i have ever met. he has been in muldova over a month now and deserves much more recognition for the work he is doing than i do at this point. please read his blog and view his pictures if you get the chance...it's good stuff.

Those who authentically commit themselves to the people must re-evaluate themselves constantly
This is my first attempt ever at blogging, and I typically shy away from any social networking type of website, but I suppose eventually one must bend, or slightly adjust, their convictions. I will be posting on here from time to time in an attempt to give more insight on some of the things I will be experiencing, to stay in touch with everyone, and to hopefully generate some interest in volunteering. I believe I am able to put pictures on here, and will get a better understanding of how the site works so that I may make it interesting/worth visiting. Please give me any suggestions, advice, or criticisms.
